ExtrusionPro is a retrofittable state of the art open architecture control system. This system was specifically developed to readily upgrade legacy control systems that are no longer supported by the OEM. Many of these older proprietary control systems have been abandoned with no available upgrade path. ExtrusionPro employs the latest generation of off the shelf temperature controls, human machine interfaces, PLC’s, and computer topology, integrated specifically to your equipment configuration. ExtrusionPro is ideal for continuous extrusion applications (blown film, cast film, extrusion coating, and sheet). ExtrusionPro can also replace older OEM supplied flat web profile control systems (e.g. Egan CMR) with the latest automatic profile control algorithms to operate with existing or commercially available scanners.
